Below is some more detailed info on when and why we collect personal information, how it gets used and the limited conditions under which we’ll disclose it to others and how we ensure this is all done securely.

General Updates
If you contact us in person, via e-mail, social media, phone or web form we may ask you if you’d like to be kept updated by us on our latest news and insight.

The registration process will mean we collect personally identifiable information (name and e-mail) and non-identifiable information (your company name and role type).

We use this information to send you updates but do not rent, sell or in anyway trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We may use third party suppliers to deliver this content- although currently we do not.

At such a time as we appoint a third party supplier this privacy policy will be amended to include their full contact details. Like most organisations trying to keep their content relevant we may record click through rates for monitoring and improvement. This data will be stored on servers inside the European Union area or UK.

Working with us

If we are working together on projects we also collect and securely store personably identifiable information. This will include an individual’s name and email address and contact numbers and business addresses. We will also collect non-personally identifiable information such as company names, interaction history etc.

We hold all client data on our own internal CRM in the UK for 6 years following the conclusion of our project or until the owner requests its removal- and doing so doesn’t conflict with other legitimate contractual requirements.

If you have contacted us regarding a role with Addverb either speculatively or in response to an advertised vacancy then we will store an individual’s name and email address and contact numbers in addition to employment history and referees should this have been supplied.

This data will be stored on our internal CRM for 2 years or until the owner requests its removal. Even if we have contacted you to inform you that we don’t have any roles or your initial application was unsuccessful this time limit will still apply. We’d like to contact you if a suitable role becomes available at a later date and hope you’d like that too.

We understand that isn’t for everyone so just drop us an e-mail to info@addverb.co.uk with the title ‘Application Data Remove’ and we will do just that!
